Needed my Murano transmission drained and refilled. Process was flawless. Online appointment setting, exceptionally clean and profession service area when arrived, and my service advisor Damon was above and beyond from my experience with another Nissan dealership where I was moving from. Wife and I are starting to look for a vehicle upgrade and Damon answered several questions for me when I picked up my Murano. Plan to purchase our next vehicle from Briggs.
Service manager came and helped me get my car back to their shop when it broke down a few blocks away then they worked to bring the repair in at the estimate, and completed the next service at the same time. Good people work there.

Staff as always were professional and personal. Took great care in listening to what I needed done and went over everything with me when completed.
