Bright Star is truly a one-of-a-kind childcare center! Amazing staff with so much heart and a caring mindset. The teachers really make an effort to engage and develop the kids. It's comforting seeing our son get excited about going to school every morning from when he started at 9 months old to now at two years old. Everyone at Bright Star is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we're very thankful to the whole team for a wonderful experience.
My granddaugher (2.5 right now) has been going here since she was 7-8 months old, from the baby class to wearing a uniform this fall! I cannot say enough how the teachers, how my granddaughter likes school (she is a bit shy and quiet) but she can say her name AUTUMN! bright and clearly. Bright Star truly makes you feel like you are apart of a family. Most childcare centers you see teachers and admin come and go, nope not here. Talk about tenure teachers admin has been apart of the company for 7+ years and so have the teachers. The cleanest school you will ever visit and send your child too. The layout of the classrooms is something you won't see anywhere else child level everything and the school is eco friendly with touch less sinks, air dryers and soap dispensers.
Love having my kids here! The staff & teacher are wonderful, communicate well how my kids are doing, any issues, etc. My kids love attending, have learned so much since they began. After a poor experience at another school, this place seems even more amazing in comparison. As someone who moved to the area and relied on Yelp reviews to find a reliable school, I am very happy with Bright Star and would definitely recommend.
My daughter absolutely loves the teachers and environment at Bright Star. She feels loved, safe and able to express herself whenever needed. Being a mother, you want to make sure the place your child attends is exactly what they need, and that's what Bright Star is for us. It's our second family!
We absolutely love Bright Star. They have made the transition to daycare very smooth for our two boys and us. The staff is kind and caring and our boys are learning the right behaviors which the staff is doing a great job of teaching. Its unfortunate to see the other "reviews" clearly trolling this great school. If you want to feel that your kids are is a healthy and positive environment while you work, this is the place to be.
Two years ago we enrolled our granddaughter Harper in the Bright Star Academy and wow was this the best decision we have made. Harper absolutely loves!!! going to school and has learned so so much. She loves her teachers ms Amanda and ms Crystal and ms Mary Ann and for good reason they are amazing and they love her too. I have never felt so safe leaving her in their care. I love their toddle team. Very cooperative and friendly staff! My kiddo is doing great there and it seems like he is learning so much each day. I think the two biggest benefits is a great curriculum/environment for him to learn and great people for him to develop his social skills.
The negative reviews posted recently are completely fabricated. I would not allow my child to continue attending a school like the one mentioned. I am a teacher (high school) with an M Ed, and we (my husband works in higher ed) chose this school over a dozen others that we toured and some that we actually attended for a time. We had some negative experiences at other area schools (in which my child spent most of her day bored and wandering aimlessly while the teacher ignored the class-on camera).
