First off, this school "appears" like no other out there. The campus looks absolutely beautiful. But, as we all know "looks" can be deceiving. Despite all the "amenities" you see once you walk in, you get a tour and a laundry list of "things" to expect if you choose to enroll your child. But, what are you really getting? You really never know. Because your not there as a parent all. My experience with this school is by far the worst yet. You are going to walk into this school and be dazzled but it's bright colorful murals, wall of monitors, and open inviting playgrounds. I will have to admit that the campus deserves a 5 star rating... to bad it's in the hands of bad management. The teachers there do the best they can but are totally unequipped to handle what they are given and told to deal with. The school is beautiful, but the administrative part of it is a mess and there is a high turnover rate, which makes it unstable for the kids. Having a good teacher is a matter of luck, because I have seen some that make me question if they have had any experience with children before. After one year in preschool, my son had no academic progress to show for it and doesn't even recognize numbers or letters, write his name or hold the pencil correctly. I was highly disappointed with the teachers for my 3 year old son. He made a connection with one teacher but was removed from her classroom because she couldn't keep him from going out the door. The administration moved him to the younger kids class with two teachers but the teachers made no effort to welcome my son every morning. After speaking with the administration, they said they would work with their teachers to make them more responsive, but no changes were ever made. Beware! Although the center claims to care about the children's health, the owner cares about her money first. I gave notice of withdrawal due to medical reasons and the principal and I just did not confirm what each other had understood of the conversation. A month later I was told that the owner did not approve of them returning my deposit. The owner is in OHIO but micromanages the center while not present.
