I had an ATM concern, I called BSCU to ask for help. Long wait time so I chose a callback. Within 10 minutes I got a call from Natalie, she looked at my account and solved my problem. Thank you Natalie!!!! Paul Palevich
I had a issue i tried getting sorted out about two weeks now, and thankfully your agent Natalie help me and sort out my account issues for me. I am a very pleased customer and i always tell everyone about this credit union and will continue doing so.
