I think we can all understand the call times will be longer with new pandemic protocols in place. So the option to do the call back is a great feature. When I received the call back the teller was kind and welcoming. I think his name was Frank. When I told him of the issue I wanted to resolve, we went through the process without a hitch. He relayed instructions clearly and reiterated that he was there to support. Your person who works there, Robert Pannuchio, helped me so much and was so patient with me. I am disabled. He took his time with me and treated me like a person/friend he knew, and helped me in that manner. Thank you for having a guy like him working with your team. Satisfied is what I am.
Jackie was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and hellful. She went above and beyond to answer every single question that I had and she did so with impeccable expertise and kindness. I hope Bright Star Credit Union commends her for a job well done.
