Excellent customer service
Both Ladies were awesome. They were both able to help with questions and the redoing of my loan.

I think we can all understand the call times will be longer with new pandemic protocols in place. So the option to do the call back is a great feature. When I received the call back the teller was kind and welcoming. I think his name was Frank. When I told him of the issue I wanted to resolve, we went through the process without a hitch. He relayed instructions clearly and reiterated that he was there to support.
