The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the 40 minute wait on hold to get connected to speak to someone but other than that the entire experience was great the individual who helped me that a great job
Barbara was Super helpful and a pleasure to speak with. She answered every question and guided me to where I needed to go to access all my banking info. In addition, She was so patient as I am not very computer savvy. I feel much better now that I can navigate the site from her helping me. Thank You.

Both Ladies were awesome. They were both able to help with questions and the redoing of my loan.
