My experience at the Pompano Beach location was outstanding. After multiple attempts via phone to obtain info related to accessing funds via a home equity line of credit, a visit to the branch resolved all my questions and concerns. The young woman who assisted me was patient, pleasant, professional and an absolute doll. She spent close to 2 hrs helping me to understand the product and utilize all the tools available to me.
