MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVADING TAX TO NO AVAIL. I am not proud of this I have tried avoiding My Taxes successfully for quite some years now. Worst credit union I have ever seen. The employees don’t have a clue and their systems are as old as they can be. Customer service is non existent

BrightStar Credit Union just doesn't care about their members. Spoke with Melissa in customer service, just doesn't care about customer needs or concerns.
