As an update to the above - which was a devastating time and mind boggling experience with the bank that was oblivious to the disconnected and non communicative levels of over-reach - they are under new management and you can tell. Friendly and nice CU however can not figure out why the drive thru is ALWAYS prioritized over those who had the wherewithal to get out of their cars and come inside. They will drop everything for a car in the drive thru. With a line inside of 10 deep these tellers will run to the car that just pulled up outside while those inside have been patiently standing in line for 20 minutes. Bizarre!

I typically don't write reviews but I must for this bank. I was confronted with a financial situation that required assistance and both branch the manager and staff were detailed, offered great options and services. I highly recommend this bank and particularly this branch.

I had a great experience getting car loan as well as debt consolidation. Cynthia and Zoie were extremely knowledgeable and helpful on personal loans, debt consolidation as well as personal line of credit. I highly recommend the BrightStar credit union.

I have been banking at this location for years and I must say that I am very satisfied with the level of service it provides. I came in with an issue with my account and the rep was able to resolve the issue quickly and accurately.

I went in to grab some paperwork on my auto loan and was immediately greeted by Vanessa. That's the fastest service, I've EVER had a BrightStar. I'm also so giddy that the lobby was open on a Sat. I bank at the Davie location and well, it can be a challenge some times. Nope, not at this branch. This is my first time purchasing a car so I had a few more questions. I love the concept of a credit union however the customer service can be lacking at times. I've banked here for 15 years and almost every time I come here the line is all the way to the door. The drive thru is not much better. They have 3 lanes but they don't move. The tellers are very professional once you finally get your turn but they act like they've never tasted coffee in their lives. I tried to call this morning, however I was immediately informed that there was a 25 minute wait time. Really, I can drive there fast... read more
