Zone the branch manager was wonderful in assisting me with setting up a CD remotely. Prior to speaking to Zoie, I visited my local branch, and while I did not enter, the staff was pleasant. I appreciate the care BSCU is taking during this pandemic and the flexible options they are providing to their members to conduct transactions offsite.

The people at the front service are always very very nice , I wish I can remember the young guys name!! Always gives me a warm welcoming and great customer service I go to the branch in Pembroke Pines , always fast and easy.
