I can not say enough good things of Briley. It’s a great community to live. The personnel is extremely helpful and so very kind. I also love that they have events for the residents to make sure we all socialize and get to know one another. It’s a beautiful community and I am very glad to have chosen Briley Apartments to be my new home.

Such a beautiful community! I moved in about 2 months ago and it has been a pleasure ever since. Briley has so many amenities across the entire community and even offers monthly activities! Really helps to bring the community together. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun, yet relaxing, environment 😊

Moving is known as one of the most stressful times in life UNLESS you move to Briley apartments MATTHEWS! These are some of the goodies left for new residences which are amazing! Yet the biggest goodie is the smile that greets you when you walk in the leasing office, the answers that come when you have a question, and the urgency to make you feel welcomed! Thank you for being patient and caring during what could have been a stressful time! Need a place to live?! Not anymore... come to Briley Matthews! Ps ALEX ROCKS! 😄

The partners are very nice with extras that other apartments don’t have. Also what makes it such a great community is the staff. They go above and beyond to make it an awesome experience. Alex helped me through the process answering every question I had. The rest of the staff seem kind and helpful as well, however Alex was the one that I have always dealt with and I can’t thank her enough
