Briley review Nice place clean good location a bit overpriced but worth it if you want to be close to downtown and have a nice apartment
Great community The community in general is really great; the staff is nice, efficient and knowledgeable. I do not appreciate the construction zone noise that started literally 4 weeks after we moved in, we wish we knew this before making our choice. The apartment itself is nice, just have a weird unidentified odor in the bathroom/hallway! Payments and maintenance requests are easy. Package delivery often times is not efficient because the drivers do not enter the delivery into the system nor the correct zone. Overall happ... read more
The Briley The Briley, is an amazing place to live. This is my first time being in an apartment and it has exceeded my expectations! The staff here are amazing, everyone is easy to communicate with and a joy to see when out and about in the community! This location is also so convenient, with grocery stores nearby, downtown so close and the scenery of having some of the country aspects but with the city just a quick drive away!

Awesome My wife and I have lived at Briley apartments for almost a year. We are very happy with the complex, our apartment, the friendly staff and maintenance workers. The cleaning staff keep the buildings very clean. The grounds are also beautifully kept.. Maintenance problems are addressed quickly. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Hello Package keeps the package room organized. The complex is quiet and neighbors are friendly. We plan to make Briley our home for many years to come.
