Loving our new home! It feels like a little town here. Walking around being greeted, the amazing amenities, and we are SO close to any store we need to get to. Loving it.

Absolutely great place to live !!!!!! My husband and I travel a lot working contracts and after being away working , it is a relief a great joy to return home to Surrey Lane . It is like living on a resort .

Relaxing and Luxurious One month in and I’m excited to call this place home. From the luxury feel of the amenities to the peaceful surroundings, Briley is amazing!!! Also, it’s close to many restaurants, downtown, and grocery stores.

Briley The community has tons of amenities and is well-kept and clean. However, for the price you pay in rent you'd think the noise levels and unruly neighbors would be kept to a minimum. We did not renew our lease as they wanted to increase our rent by $500! Too little space for too much money.
Briley So glad we chose Briley in Matthews while waiting for our new home to be built!
