Briley The community has tons of amenities and is well-kept and clean. However, for the price you pay in rent you'd think the noise levels and unruly neighbors would be kept to a minimum. We did not renew our lease as they wanted to increase our rent by $500! Too little space for too much money.
Briley So glad we chose Briley in Matthews while waiting for our new home to be built!
Great place to stay overall The buildings are nice, the apartments are nice, the amenities are amazing, and the staff is nice. Of course you can't control who your neighbors are and I've had some psycho's but Briley itself is a great place to stay.
