While on a business trip from Annapolis, MD to Nashville, TN, we had had a problem with our ne 2025 Traverse. We pulled into the Service area 15 minutes before they closed for the evening. Our new Traverse was operating erratically and needed a firmware update. Sarah took excellent care of us for the 2 hour wait.
