While on a business trip from Annapolis, MD to Nashville, TN, we had had a problem with our ne 2025 Traverse. We pulled into the Service area 15 minutes before they closed for the evening. Our new Traverse was operating erratically and needed a firmware update. Sarah took excellent care of us for the 2 hour wait. She went the extra mile and stayed well past her quitting time in order to see that we got back on the road. We have been happily cruising around the central east coast ever since.
