They got us in for a walk in oil change and looked over the whole vehicle before we went on a trip. Clean bill of health on the car.

The manager of the Service Department is excellent. She worked with me to schedule a time to repair a broken shield. The young who did the maintenance work was efficient. He knew the work and he did the work well.
They always do a great job servicing my vehicle. However, my appointment was at 10:30, I left the vehicle and returned around 2:15 and they had just started on my vehicle. Still had to wait around 30 more minutes. When I dropped the vehicle off I also informed them that the oil change would be covered under mastertech. They charged me, had to call mastertech, paperwork had to be redone. Could do better in this area of service.
