I called to schedule appointment for 25000 miles service and two recall items. Left car most of day. But, they did not have fuel pump which was one of the recalls. Now they want me to bring it back again. What a waste of time.
$519.00 for 45mins of work, kept it 6hrs. problems not fixed told id have to pay tet another service fee to see where problems are. my attorney sent certified letter requesting details of repairs and mechanic who completed the repairs.
After service was completed (Oil & Filter Change) and I arrived home - approx 20 miles, I found oil level at add marks on the dipstick. POOR ! Bad way to start at a new dealership.
