I had an appointment for a software update and had to wait for two hours. I actually saw my truck be pulled out of service bay and I sat for 45 minutes before someone came to tell me my truck was ready. I asked how long it actually took to install update and was told only a few minutes. Please explain to me why I sat for two hours for a service that took minutes when I had an appointment!! Ridiculous wait time!!

Waited 2 hours for service. Never took my vehicle back. Got my oil change at a different location.

The mechanic replaced the oil cap crooked, and as I was driving off, the check engine light came on. Was told I needed code to claim rewards, which I never had before. oil change was supposed to be $29.95, I had tires rotated also. Was charged a $30 fee for unknown shop supplies. Was to charged a 2+ 5 on credit card.

They did not check the air in my tires which makes me wonder what else they didn't check!!!!
I called and asked for out the door price for oil & filter change. After some discussion on how many quarts of oil my car needed, 10 qts of Mobil 1 oil was specified. I was told $135 + fees and taxes would come to about $150 total. I also had a 15% off coupon, which I presented on arrival and was told it would be honored. The total came to $180+, which is 20% more than quoted, even with the coupon.
I called to schedule appointment for 25000 miles service and two recall items. Left car most of day. But, they did not have fuel pump which was one of the recalls. Now they want me to bring it back again. What a waste of time.
