Good people and good service
I had an appointment for a software update and had to wait for two hours. I actually saw my truck be pulled out of service bay and I sat for 45 minutes before someone came to tell me my truck was ready. I asked how long it actually took to install update and was told only a few minutes. Please explain to me why I sat for two hours for a service that took minutes when I had an appointment!! Ridiculous wait time!!
Waited 2 hours for service. Never took my vehicle back. Got my oil change at a different location.
The mechanic replaced the oil cap crooked, and as I was driving off, the check engine light came on. Was told I needed code to claim rewards, which I never had before. oil change was supposed to be $29.95, I had tires rotated also. Was charged a $30 fee for unknown shop supplies. Was to charged a 2+ 5 on credit card.

Waiting time and general welcome. It was my first time there. I had to figure out most of the prices and ask more questions than provide answers. Weird first experience.
Emailed back and forth, requesting price for this vehicle, but didn't get a precise answer until almost 8 hours later. Waste of my time!
