Not great so far. Unable to upload photos. Unable to log in. Unable to get any customer support. Likely going to cancel and look elsewhere.
I lost my wedding ring after 17 years and had it replaced- I researched Brite based on its amazing reviews to insure my new ring- I'm guessing because I'd noted that I had lost my last ring, Brite denied me a quote/service for insuring my new ring. Brite, there are honest people out there who have loss and need support. Disappointed
Policy was denied 3 days after getting a full quote with no reasons given. "Risk does not meet underwriting guidelines". After calling customer service, they said the underwriting team does not provide explanation for their decisions.

I applied for insurance for my $38k diamond ring and was told "Risk does not meet un derwriting guidelines". What the heck does that mean? Is it because I live in CA or what? No one will give me a better reason as to why they won't insure my ring. Very disappointed!!

Set up is easy but there is an alarming number of 5-star reviews with zero input on what happens after a claim is made. I am concerned the company is showing the good stuff only. The companies responses to the few poor reviews on Google were a bit unprofessional and confrontational. I am hoping the company will hold up its end of the bargain if push comes to shove. I have a ton of hesitance but the low cost is appealing.
I called to talk to a rep and get the insurance and she had it had to be done online. I’m not happy about putting the information required online and not really computer literate. Would be nice for older folks to be able to do it over the phone with a person!
