Had problems and got little instruction on using web site on uploading photos finally begged for a phone number after trying to use the chat feature once I could speak with a person they explained and then I got the job done. I have also requested a paper copy if my policy but keep getting referred to the email copy. I still want a paper copy the person who helped me, esme, did well
I have 46k insurance with JM and was denied for whatever reason.BriteCo insured me no problem for my new chain and pendent.Will be insuring my next watch and other jewelry items with them.Great company.
