Brittani was extremely responsive to my repeated inquiries regarding the status of available rates over a period of months before we moved forward. Throughout the refi process, she continued to monitor cash-out rates to ensure we had the best possible rate for our loan prior to closing which we really appreciated. She was sensitive to our concerns about credit fraud and freeze/unfreeze of our credit history to keep it to the shortest possible exposure window possible prior to closing. Great!
