Dr Rucker barely checked out my dog. I was there for a follow up to a dog bite. I had to remind him to check out the puncture wound. My dog did get his 3-year rabies shot. Otherwise the hour wait was a waste of time.

I used to refer you to my co workers and friends, but not since Dr Newport left,she showed so much care for our Rosie she even call us on weekends. I took Rosie on 07/29/2023 to see Dr Rucker (not my choice as we've seen him twice before)albeit he was some what professional he did not spend the time with our dog to see why she is having rectal prolapse even though I mentioned it to him,he briefly looked in one ear, quickly at her teeth,I had to point out the lump on her mammary gland. I had the worst time ever there I had an appointment I got there 10 minutes early I need three times to call him and let him know I was there on the third called they put me on hold and I was on hold for 15 minutes wasn’t too bad I guess they told me to come in and sit in the lobby I sat there for 40 minutes before I saw a doctor even though I had an appointment I was an hour late Not because of me as I sat in the lobby I watched four girls in there and only one was answering your phone do you have three were just chitchatti... read more
I was refused treatment of my sick Yorkie because they were under staffed that day and I just happen to be #5 on the walk in list.. apparently that was to much! To much to ask to treat a sick and dying dog! Yeah GREAT TREATMENT to a client after 10 years of my loyal business! Then I lost my shit with their staff and they didn’t like it! I do hope they read this post, because I will and have continued to tell everyone how we were treated a year ago! waiting 4 hours in the parking lot so my fur baby could be seen by the vet.front desk employees were NOT honest about how long it would take.when I asked them several times how much longer they kept saying 20 minutes. very informative
Doctors are GREAT! No question about that. But having a staff meeting for an hour and half in the middle of the day, while your web site shows hours between 8:00-5:00 is ridiculous. I had to sit for an hour just to pick up my dogs prescription. That's absurd. Terrible customer service! Update your hours or have someone available to help your PAYING customers! It's inconsiderate not to have these "off" hours posted as closed on your website.
