I had the worst time ever there I had an appointment I got there 10 minutes early I need three times to call him and let him know I was there on the third called they put me on hold and I was on hold for 15 minutes wasn’t too bad I guess they told me to come in and sit in the lobby I sat there for 40 minutes before I saw a doctor even though I had an appointment I was an hour late Not because of me as I sat in the lobby I watched four girls in there and only one was answering your phone do you have three were just chitchatti... read more
I was refused treatment of my sick Yorkie because they were under staffed that day and I just happen to be #5 on the walk in list.. apparently that was to much! To much to ask to treat a sick and dying dog! Yeah GREAT TREATMENT to a client after 10 years of my loyal business! Then I lost my shit with their staff and they didn’t like it! I do hope they read this post, because I will and have continued to tell everyone how we were treated a year ago! waiting 4 hours in the parking lot so my fur baby could be seen by the vet.front desk employees were NOT honest about how long it would take.when I asked them several times how much longer they kept saying 20 minutes. very informative
Doctors are GREAT! No question about that. But having a staff meeting for an hour and half in the middle of the day, while your web site shows hours between 8:00-5:00 is ridiculous. I had to sit for an hour just to pick up my dogs prescription. That's absurd. Terrible customer service! Update your hours or have someone available to help your PAYING customers! It's inconsiderate not to have these "off" hours posted as closed on your website.

We have our staff meetings listed in our alerts section on our website and on our Voicemail greeting, but are always open to further closing notification suggestions. Even though I had an appointment, we waited almost an hour to see a doc/vet tech. When the vet came in, he was in such a hurry that he almost missed a requested vaccination. I think his flying into the room was part of my dog’s anxiety.
Here an an additional update to my original review. Our other dog also had a procedure at the same time to remove a growth on his leg. We had to take him to have his sutures replaced, which we did at a different vet because they did such a poor job with his stitches that his wound split right open (I guess they wanted to go home since our dogs were at the end of their day). They lost a cuatomer of 9 years because of a billing dispute, they deleted my pets medical records and denied me coming back. I didnt do anything to broadview, but all they did to me was lie to me and tried to make me pay for an exam that never happened. Justin the manager is a joke.
I’ve been taking my fur babies here for over 20yrs and it’s awful the staff that they’ve hired, they are rude and are adamant in not giving you their names to file a complaint to the Dr. about. Also they’re extremely argumentative when you’re trying to communicate your concern . I will not be using them as a vet as many others that were in the parking lot awaiting care for their pets , in fact many of us that were awaiting chose to leave and find other vet care that make us and our pets feel valued . Our sweet fur baby went blind under their care due to lack of communication and negligence. It was impossible to get ahold of anyone that had any information about her surgery and the only time that I heard back from an actual veterinarian was the day AFTER the surgery, after she had already come home and we found out that her “good” eye had no vision.
