I have been taking my dogs here for over 5 years. They had always been very friendly... until today. I had two dogs in for dentals, and you all know how expensive that can be. I got one set of directions over the phone to come get them and another set once I got there. This is already a confusing time, don’t make it worse for your customers. I recently took my dog and cat to Broadview animal clinic based on the rave reviews I’ve seen on this and other sites. I didn’t get the vet’s name, because he never even introduced himself. He barely said two words, except to give condescending answers to any questions or concerns I had. Both pets were there for checkups, and he didn’t ask a single question about either (nothing about their diet, how they’re doing, their general health, etc.). This place is good for low cost vet care. However, to put it mildly, they are not very customer service oriented. We had to cancel a heartworm test appointment due to a house fire the day before the appointment. In the midst of everything going on at the house, I still took the time to call and cancel our appointment and attempt to reschedule for a upcoming heartworm clinic. Used to love that place. But now they are far too big and busy ..just move em along. I brought my beautiful dog there for cremation but because I had an issue with billing..they turned me away. I was left grieving the loss of my beautiful boy..in the back of my pickup truck, on a hot day and nowhere to go. It was very sad.I had used this vet and Dr.Jim for years. They could have worked something out with me. Very sad, I was turned away in my moment of grief and need and not even a comment of "we are sorry for your loss?"

I have been going here for years. After the experience today, not planning on ever taking my pets here again.
