I was anxious and everyone put me at ease.The doctor spent alot of time explaining everything to me.
I was informed by Stacy that she was going to perform a procedure to check out (spotting?) of my gums to detect any problems. She offered suggestions how I might be able to keep the issue in check and retard/prevent any future issues. She then performed the rest of the cleaning procedure and I was examined by Dr. Thaney. The time at the office was minimal as well as thorough and painless.
I have to say that Kelly did an amazing job. She is so prefessional and compassionate to her patients. She also did a great job giving the novacaine shots. No pain post procedure and just a great experience. I will recommend any of my friends that need dental work to seek out Dr. Thaney and his staff. Thank you for making the Tullys Happy and Healthy. Always a friendly enviornment, any situation, concerning your teeth, are explained in language one can understand, good service and staff will answer any questions or concerns you may have. ( good listeners) I would recommend Dr. Maxwell Thaney's dental office for all ages.
Every single person in the office made it a very comfortable & friendly experience.
I am very appreciative of the time Dr. Thaney spent with me explaining the various options involved in a complex set of choices regarding my dental care. He was thorough, patient and forthright in his presentation of options and his response to my many questions.
I did not see Dr. Thaney on this visit, but Kelly, as usual, was superb. About a month before this visit I noticed some very unusual staining on my teeth. I was upset by this so I discussed this with Kelly who asked me several questions. When I mentioned I had changed my brand of mouthwash, Kelly explained that a small number of people have experienced staining with the new brand I was using. I have the worst fear of the dentist, as most everyone in the office was able to figure out. With so much needed work to be done, I was sure I would run out of the office within minutes but, everyone made me feel comfortable and my visit was positive. I was very impressed with the quality of care I had today when visiting your office. You also were very good to my grandson who is going to be a patient of yours in the very near future and he was with me for the second time to see how things are done. This is so he is not nervous on his visit as in the past as a very young boy he did not have a good dental office experience.
