I had an emergent dental situation and I was seen quickly and the repair process was begun at once. The entire process was explained before and during the procedure. I was totally supported through the process and given an appropriate follow up appt. Dr. Thaney and Diane were a great team and Carla was good backup with photos and appts.

Visiting your office is always a positive experience(even though I may often wish I wasn't there). Keep doing what you are doing because you all do it so well! Thanks for the good professional care you take of my teeth!

Dr. Thaney and his staff are exceptional! My family loves coming here and getting such personal treatment ! I have and would recommend Dr. Thaney's office .

maybe on the email notices, you could comment that the road may be under construction and if that's the case, show a little map of how to go in the back way (or at least verbally explain it). everyone is always so nice, cheery, and helpful. and the dental work by both the doctor and the others is always excellent.
