I am a strong believer in excellent (not just good)service quality, professionalism, and efficiency. Your entire staff exhibits these traits regularly, but they also manage to be friendly. Many of the businesses in Brockport have yet to grasp that concept, but you have done so consistently. It's a pleasure doing business with you for these many years.
I always hated going to the dentist, who doesn't? But knowing when I have to go I now go to Dr. Thaney's dental practice. When I arrive his staff is friendly & informative, punctual too! Dr. Thaney is the best. He always makes sure I'm comfortable, explains what is going on and that I'm in no pain. It's almost a "pleasure" going .... I repeat "ALMOST" ... LOL
From coming in the door and being greeted by friendly, smiling staff, to heading back for cleaning or dental work, the staff and Dr. Thaney always make you feel welcome, cared for and educated about your dental care. I would recommend them in a minute!
The visist was longer than anticipated because of the grading/testing on my gums. Other than that it was great.
You guys are the best! Your office is by far the best office I've ever been to. How could you not love getting balloons for your birthday after getting a cavity filled! :)
All of you are great!!! Your improvements are right on target. Kelly makes my day when I come in for cleanings....
I feel really bad saying this but I don't think the substitute did a really good job cleaning my teeth, and her breath smells like garlic and she did not keep her mask on it was on her chin.
Feedback My cleaning with Kelly was wonderful, as usual. She does a great job and is always very professional. However, she was left to tell me the bad news about my occlusal guard. I had previously been to the office on Dec. 3 to get an impression made for a new guard and was told I would get it at my cleaning appointment, today, Dec. 21. That was not to happen. Dental Cleaning Appointment I was a disappointed with my appointment today. I am aware that I have not had my teeth cleaned because of lack of Dental Insurance, however the cleaning was very rough and aggressive. Upon check out, I was told that I was responsible for payment of my appointment which was a surprise to me.
