Always love to eat at the Brooklyn Diner when in NYC. You will never leave hungry.
Loved this authentic American Diner experience! Just off Time's Square and we booked for breakfast so expected it to be crazy busy and noisy. Happily surprised that it was quiet, the service was so lovely and we enjoyed our pancakes and waffles.
Good food. Prime location
This was our second time at this restaurant. We go there when seeing a show. We love the chicken pot pie. It’s unique and delicious. If I could change one thing…I’d add potatoes to the pot pie.
Brooklyn blackout cake was NOT a traditional blackout cake! It was a chocolate cake. Stay true to Brooklyn! Add back Dr. Brown’s sodas. Otherwise you’re just a diner not a Brooklyn diner.

We were seated immediately, and did not wait long before our affable waiter appeared. He seemed a bit unfamiliar with the menu, but we liked him a lot for his openness and friendliness. All four of us had had a big lunch, so we were looking for something light before going to the theater. Three of us ordered the soup—maybe the BEST chicken soup any of had ever had!
