He sounded very intelligent and professional. I used to be a school counselor, and I recognize talent and capability. He listened to the details of what had happened and immediately determined what the problem was. He adjusted the camera and tested the door to see if that was the issue. RecommendedWe had Broten Garage Door Sales come out to fix a broken spring (our car was stuck in the garage!). They had someone come out within a few hours. Kesric was wonderful!
