The experience was a very good one from the first contact. I had used the company many years ago and decided to use them again when the need came up. The person making the appointment (Kelly) was pleasant yet professional. The terms were clearly explained and the appointments was set. The service person showed up on time and was pleasant and efficient. He answered all of my questions and gave good advice with regard to my unit. I will use this company in the future and I will highly recommend this company to anyone.
