I spoke to Lupe, and she was so helpful and understanding. She was able to have somebody come out here within a couple of hours. It happened to be Gary Grant, who was the technician who originally did all the work six months ago. He is such a personable guy. He took care of everything, solved the problem, and it was all under warranty and thank God did not cost me anything to get it all fixed. I am super happy with Broten!

Chris from Broten showed up right on time to service our Broten hurricane rated garage door. He advised me right away of what needed to be done and the price. In a little over one hour Chris was done and the door is like new. Advised me how to service and supplied instructions and lube. Overall the usual professional Broten experience. Highly recommend Broten.

The Broten company is amazing our garage stopped working, the next morning the service technician was at our door he was helpful suggestive professional. We now have our garage door working again with a new motor, new tracks everything was fantastic I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
