I needed to replace my garage door motor and key pads. I've used Broten since we moved to FL and have always been very pleased with them. Very responsive, personal service. For this latest visit, the installer/technician Gary was knowledgeable, efficient and excellent. Hard to find companies where you can not only get work done in a timely fashion but also have human contact with the company, instead of with bots, during these pandemic times, and dealing with Broten was a most positive experience.

Quick and professional from initial phone call to the end of repair. Repair tech was professional and personable.
Service tech came out when scheduled and serviced the garage door. He was quick and efficient, but took the time to explain to me what he was doing and answer my questions regarding the "maintenance suggested" alert we had. Chris was great!
