Greg Edwards is amazingly skilled and efficient. Very impressive and great work at fixing a broken spring and replacing rollers. Highly recommend him and Broten. They are highly skilled and responsive. Another call to Broten for problems with the opener (one year after the above spring issue). Gary Grant was at my house within an hour of the call. Installed a new door opener and outside key pad as well as programmed our two cars. Excellent work, quality products and excellent personnel. They (and Gary) are the best.

One of our springs broke and they came out quickly and efficiently and they replaced two when it was only supposed to be one. But the other was going to break soon so to prevent having them come out again the technician replaces both in one visit but didn’t tell us until after the fact that he had done so. We were only expecting one price but it was doubled due to the other being replaced without notice. But in the end the technician did a great job.
