RecommendedI called Broten at 1 pm saying my garage door would not open. They said a tech would arrive by 4 pm. Broten kept me updated on his arrival time and then let me know the tech was on his way. He arrived right around 4 pm. He was great. Fixed the problem, then suggested, but did not push, that I should consider some other maintenance, which I did. And then he programmed the garage openers in my car and my wife's car. Broten is FANTASTIC.
