I had Broten garage upgrade my garage door to a high lift setup and the installation team was great. I’m having a really big problem the garage door drops to fast and causes my house to shake when closing. I called and was told they will have to come back next week. Next day later the garage door won’t stay open and I had to get the issue fixed right away. I maid several calls to get them to fix it right away. Tom came out and fix the issue with in a few minutes, he turned the coils more to increase tension in the springs an... read more

Our door opened one day and would not the next. My husband called you guys and Robert came. Fast, professional, courteous, He got the door working in no time. He diagnosed quickly and I really do not like workmen in my home when I'm alone, but he proved respectful and kind. Thank you!!!!
