Purchased new Liftmaster garage door opener and two new springs from Broten little over 3 years ago. Absolutely love the quietness, performance, and phone app to operate door. Had an issue with a spring, and the warranty was a couple months out. Called Broten and without any questions customer service covered the repair. Another great thing they do is give you a window of time they estimate technician will arrive, then the day of repair the technician calls you when he is 30 minutes from arrival. Tonight I was plagued with a broken garage door spring. I called the emergency service line when I got home at 9:55 and The Broten technician "William" is here, explained everything, was completely professional and I could not be happier with the service. Although emergency service is expensive, the quality of work and the experience of the technician are worth every penny. Thank you Broten for saving the day!
We just had our door installed last week, and I can't say enough good things about Broten. The door is top quality and is super quiet when opened and closed. From the Sales, Scheduling, and Installation-Everyone was friendly, professional, and thorough. If only other companies conducted business this way.

Honestly some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Great communication, plenty of heads up calls confirming the appointments, punctual installer, very honest (only doing what was needed without up-selling me for the sake of taking me for more money this time out), and quick follow up looking for feedback 1 day after the job was done. You guys have a long-term customer here who will recommend you to others
