They do not stand behind there work or employees work...I bought a pool from them 4 years ago and it has been nothing but trouble and they will not help at all
fire tammy saylor. shes a horrible customer service rep. why would a 70 yr old company employ a person in a customer service role who is disgustingly bad at customer service, who gets multiple complaints yet is stil employed. company is ruined by her lack of intelligence
Never give them your credit card. You will be charged 4 times for 1 service. No one returns your call.
Browning designs and builds a nice pool. We had our built and ready to use last year. However the attention to detail and the lack of service has been horrible. We have had a fair amount of issues and a punch list from the original build that still have not been done. It requires having to call multiple times and still have no real fixes. I had a custom pool built by Browning Pools 5 years ago and it looks amazing. What they don't tell you is the thousands of dollars you will spend to fix what was done wrong and the over charging of there service department. We have had to replace all the pool lights (thousands) that were installed and never worked correctly. We have had to replace the motor, the pump, valves, etc. Hayward is Not a good product and browning does not back up there work.
