I’m only giving a 3 star because the pool design is nice. This is our second pool with this company. The follow up with issues hasn’t been pleasant. There is a lot of finger pointing within and at the customer. Today we went to open the pool and they actually sawed one of the salt cell pipes in two. It was hidden under the heater. I will no longer endorse this company. There are a couple of great people there but it’s time they wake up and take care of their customers. They fixed an issue in the fall with our deck jets. Been waiting more then a month for a price for a pool from your Frederick store.... Talked to one of the two guys eating pizza behind the counter about a pool, gave him all my info and the size of the pool we wanted, The older one said we would get a quote. Looks like the two guys eating pizza had better thing to do. STILL WAITING!!!!
