After multiple attempts and lots of effort trying to get the Omni phone app to work, Jake finally figured it out. He was determined and with his knowledge and experience checked every possible source of failure. He identified the culprit as the controller. He gave us the options for replacing or upgrading that we will take under consideration. Browning Pools is a very reliable company. They show up when they say. If something comes up, they let you know the schedule change. They have taken great care of our pool for years. The team (Jake and Aaron) have been so friendly and helpful to work with. They make sure our pool is sparkling! I highly recommend this company for products and service!

The team of 2 pool technicians arrived on time, had all the right tools ready, were professional, efficent, polite, and willing to answer questions I had about how best to maintain the pool (since doing so is on MY to-do list). They did a great job.
Browning Pool built my pool back in 2016. It's a big pool with a waterfall, and they also did the patio, and landscaping. FANTASTIC. Through the years everything has held up great! During the opening a few weeks back, i mentioned that salt sensor had finally went at the end of last season. They ordered a new one, and it came in and they were back out to install it. Works great, and we are back in action 100%. Great job guys!!
From the first call to the repair techs to closing out the invoice - seamless, reliable, and professional. Glad to have a resource for my hot tub in the future!
