Service was extremely slow, the server never refilled drinks or check on our table, we flagged her down for refill and to get our check. Food took 50 minutes and then was served cold
Service was wonderful, flies were everywhere and annoying. Food was not as g as the Bru burger downtown.
Put on open table that there was a birthday. Told the server the same thing. Absolutely nothing like for real
Second time to visit this Bru Burger. Two enjoyed the Devour menu. Good value. I had the Valencia salad with grilled salmon. The other Cunningham restaurants salmon is my favorite salad. It’s actually $3 more dollars at Bru Burger and you don’t get the bread and dipping oil. This salad was mainly lettuce. Very small amount of quinoa and cheese. Won’t order this again. Not worth the money. I will recommend the burgers etc. onion rings outstanding.
I'm not sure why everyone raves about Bru Burger. The one in Brownsburg I've been too twice, and it's awful. They undercooked our meal, and only visited our table 3 times, including the initial drinks visit (drinks, meal, check). We had empty drinks for most of our meal. I'm pretty disappointed in the service, as she refused to visit our table. There wasn't much good about the food, other than the appetizer (pretzels).
Food was ok. I did not like the onions rings. The batter was too thick and chewy. The waiter was not very attentive. But overall for a new opening, it was ok. We will be back to try again.
Was a little dismayed when we asked to sit outside and was told it was a 35 minute wait and there were 5 empty tables. Looked to be under staffed even though they had 3 hostess.
Where do I begin, I have over 15 years in the food & beverage industry so I try not to be too critical of my reviews. Promptly seated upon arrival to an out door table which we requested, great start. Greeting within 2/3 minutes by our waiter. When he brought back our drinks the first one fell off his tray and all over the table.....just water, no harm no foul. We usually go to the Bru Burgers in Plainfield but thought we would give Brownsburg a try. The service was okay. My food was not well done as requested. Will probably keep going to the Plainfield location.
