Food was wonderful, as always, the service was not good. It felt like we were an inconvenience. No manager came to check the table, although the food was wonderful it would have been nice to order another cocktail. It would also be appropriate for the $8 salad to come before dinner not with dinner. All in all will probably stick with the Mass Ave location in the future.
Our server had a poor attitude towards our table and was very friendly to other tables, waited on the surrounding tables and ignored us multiple times. Spilled water and ice on me and came back 15 minutes later with a rag (accidents happen but be timely about offering solutions). We have never had a bad experience here before so I am hoping it was an off night.

Service was incredibly slow. Took a long time for someone to come to take drink order. Took a long time to get drinks. Took a long time for someone to come back for food order. Food took along time to receive but was a little quicker. I understand that they may have been short staffed and it was Memorial Day weekend. Food was so-so. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry.
App triple dip came out with stone cold onion straws. Not once but twice. Third time was warm smashed straws in a ramekin. Waitress said she was gonna get manager, never saw him/her. Patty melt was extremely greasy, dripping grease, not sauce, grease. I expected better.
The pretzels were delicious and so was the homemade ketchup, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended. Our server was absent/inattentive. We got salmon that tasted like it was out of an old fish tank and the burgers were just average. The one burger that was ordered as a lettuce wrap was wrapped in what appeared to be the outer leaves that had been torn off & tossed it the trash. They were shriveled and complete limp. It was really unappetizing. $110 not well spent.

Service was extremely slow, the server never refilled drinks or check on our table, we flagged her down for refill and to get our check. Food took 50 minutes and then was served cold
Service was wonderful, flies were everywhere and annoying. Food was not as g as the Bru burger downtown.
Put on open table that there was a birthday. Told the server the same thing. Absolutely nothing like for real
