All the food we ordered was extremely greasy. I realize it’s a burger joint but when the bottom piece of bread (that was toasted) on my patty melt is soaked to where is squishy, that’s a bit much. Waiter didn’t ask for refills and my mule drink tasted more like the metal cup than a mule.

What burger place makes you pay for Fries? This one. Entrees do not come with a side. Disappointing. And our server couldn’t be bothered to fill our drinks or bring us items that were forgotten.

Devour menu was not much of a savings. Had a reservation and they wouldn't seat us until our time even though they had open tables.
It seem like the burgers served was smaller than before. And when spending the kind of money for a burger and fries, quality would be outstanding

Food was good, minus the reheated coffee and very poorly put together bread pudding. Service was horrendous! This waitress, and I use that term lightly, degraded our whole experience. If I sat down in her section again, I’d forget about the good burgers and go somewhere to get a taco instead!
Ordered pulled pork nachos and had too many chips and too little pulled pork and cheese.
very disappointed in the amount of soup in such a large bowl, soup was good but very little for $8.00......wife's chicken was good, but a little stringy........waitress was good.... thx
Our server left us hanging while she was on the patio conversing with someone. She didn’t check on us and we waited a long time for drinks to be refreshed. We ended up waiting ten minutes to cash out. I usually tip well but couldn’t justify it this time. It was our first time trying the restaurant. We frequent Cunningham group restaurants and enjoy all of the others. Never had bad service at Charbonos or Stone Creek.
I ordered the lamb burger and I thought it was a little dry. When I took the burger apart, you could see where it had been pieced together when placed on the bun.
