Food was great. The service was very good.
Grace our server was authentically exceptional, taking care of every need & seemingly arriving to our table right when we needed something. She gave clarity to your menu when we had questions & gave us info & card for your rewards program:) I was in the hospitality field for years & sense Grace would be brilliant at training her methods to other servers;)
The burgers are absolutely delicious
Burgers were great and cooked to perfection. The ambience is appealing and welcoming. Prices were good for the portions and overall was a great experience. Service was the only thing that made the review a 4. The server was not engaged and literally looked inconvenienced so maybe was just a one off or simply not having a good day.
Business response:
Thank you so much for the 4 star review! I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your meal. I do want to apologize for the server - we definitely strive for an engaging and personable experience and I hope your next visit is nothing short of that. - Cheyenne, GM
