My husband and I have eaten there twice. We especially like the fact that you can customize your burgers. The french fries and onion rings are delicious, especially with the homemade ketchup! Our servers have been attentive and helpful. The only drawback for us is the noise level.

Very crowded on a Monday evening with a conference in town. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food passing our table made all of our party want to try other tables food as well. Our table enjoyed our food immensely and were very impressed with the serving size and quality of the food. My lamb burger with whipped goat cheese and baby spinach on an oat bun was amazing. We had a great experience. The food was fantastic. The only thing that I would say was a problem was it so loud in there the ceilings are very high and everything echoes.

First time to Bru Burgers...lots of yummy options Food was delish from the Pear Cosmo to apps to entree. Definitely recommend it!!!

Food was an explosion of flavour that makes you hungry for more and a return trip. Good value for your money. Our waitress (sorry her name escapes me) was very attentive and just added to the overall experience. Highly Recommend. In from Canada.

Our experience was okay. It’s very loud in there when it’s busy. The service was okay, it was just very busy so no fault to anyone. Our waitress was very nice and did her best despite being busy. Food wasn’t as good as the last time we were there. Patty melt wasn’t all that great.
The service was excellent. I reserved a table on OpenTable and entered that it was for my granddaughter’s birthday. The staff knew that when we arrived and my granddaughter received a free birthday dessert. they have a great selection of hamburgers and actually asked how well we wanted them cooked, which was nice because I like mine very well done. Food was excellent and service was fast.
