Very nice looking and clean inside. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The food was great! Get the Pretzels and the Southern Burger!!

The environment is very loud. When you have a packed house and music blaring, it makes for a meal where you can hardly hear the person next to you. Food and service were very good.

Day 2 of them being open, our server was busy! You could def tell she had a lot on her plate! She was lovely and so were all of the staff. Next time I will order less dressing for my salad, in Indy it wasn’t as much. Everything was delicious and as a girl who just moved from Indy (living 2 blocks, could walk to bru) I am so happy Bru is here! Def will be back and honestly have no complaints considering I typically wait awhile for restaurants to be open before going for them to figure things out. 8/10 and thats a great score ... read more

We loved the food, the service, and the restaurant itself, however, it was so loud that we had to practically shout to hear each other. Great food, but not a relaxing place to eat.

Unfortunately, the building we inherited is all cement, but we have done our best to compat it with sound absorption tiles. We hope that you will join us again soon. BIG SPLASH. Just to decided to leave this review, which I typically never do. My family of FIVE attended BRU Burger for my birthday this year. I told them how amazing my Indy experience was and wanted to support the new FW location. When our drinks arrived, the waitress spilled an ENTIRE large drink into my wife's lap. We did not make a fuss, but all worked with the staff to clean up the very sticky mess on my wife, the table, seat and floor. My wife never complains.
