Burgers were very good. We will return as we enjoyed the experience.
The environment is very loud. When you have a packed house and music blaring, it makes for a meal where you can hardly hear the person next to you. Food and service were very good.

Day 2 of them being open, our server was busy! You could def tell she had a lot on her plate! She was lovely and so were all of the staff. Next time I will order less dressing for my salad, in Indy it wasn’t as much. Everything was delicious and as a girl who just moved from Indy (living 2 blocks, could walk to bru) I am so happy Bru is here! We loved the food, the service, and the restaurant itself, however, it was so loud that we had to practically shout to hear each other. Great food, but not a relaxing place to eat.
BIG SPLASH. Just to decided to leave this review, which I typically never do. My family of FIVE attended BRU Burger for my birthday this year. I told them how amazing my Indy experience was and wanted to support the new FW location. When our drinks arrived, the waitress spilled an ENTIRE large drink into my wife's lap. We did not make a fuss, but all worked with the staff to clean up the very sticky mess on my wife, the table, seat and floor. My wife never complains. Our server was not trained very well. She was in a hurry to get us out of there. She came to the table twice to take our plates while we were still eating. We had food on our plates and she kept wanting to take them. Then after eating our plates just sat there. We were at the restaurant for only an hour. Very strange behavior from our server.
It was too noisy to hear anyone in your table. We only had a four-seater. They need to do something with the walls to deaden the sound. There's too much echoing from so much noise.
