Service and food were simply terrible. Food was poorly prepared and not served as ordered. Took an hour plus to get a burger. Lukewarm food at best. Server overwhelmed.

Carpet stinks in there. Service was slow. Decided to leave after appetizer because we couldn’t handle the smell. Not the typical Bru Burger Experience we enjoy.
We had reservations. Were promptly seated and the server was ok. We had to flag them down to try to get anything

Despite making arrangements ahead of time they refused to accommodate our party outside.
Rushed and burger wasn’t very good. Not the burger experience I wanted. Using a cheat meal for this was a let down.
Fries were cold during lunch rush. Service was exceptionally slow. We eat at Bru in Carmel routinely. Would not recommend this location.
