From the time we got there, it took 1, hour 25 min to get our food. And several of the items we wanted to order they ran out of.

Extremely overpriced. Burger was tasty but two burgers, one fry, and two tap waters cost us 39 bucks with tip. Service was also lackluster. Won’t be back.

Disappointed. We actually left without being served. This is the third time in 18 months we have gone there and after being seated had no one come to wait on us at all for a prolonged period. The staff passed our table multiple times taking care of other patrons. The restaurant was not busy at all at 5:15 pm. After 20 minutes at our table, we left and went next-door to another restaurant where we received immediate service. The food at the facility has always been good. We ordered two burgers, a side of fries and a side of onion rings. The burger had a bamboo stick in it but we pulled it out. However another bamboo piece was left in the burger and caught in my son‘s mouth. After we mentioned it to the server, the manager came over and made sure he was OK but then charged us for the full amount of the bill. Sort of odd.
Waiter was hard of hearing or it was to loud in there Food was good when they finally got our order right

The food quality has definitely gone down. We usually love it here but the burgers were soggy and we couldn’t even finish them. Super sad.
