Despite confirmed reservation, no table was open. No explanation or apology for what we were told would be 30 minute wait...same people were told who arrived with NO reservation...

Took 25 minutes for a water and beer after server was reminded. Ordered onion rings but brought us pretzels, twice. Finally got onion rings and they were cold and rubbery. Ordered the patty melt that comes with 2 smash Pattie’s. Pattie’s were so small that it took two to almost make a sandwich. Only 2 pieces of carmelized onion the size of a quarter on the sandwich. Overall, not a good experience.

We went there for dinner on a Thursday at 5:30pm. Both burgers were well over cooked. Seems too fancy for a burger place. I can get a better burger at Five Guys across the street. Highlight of the meal were the onion rings and ranch.
Took over 3 hours for our visit. Our server, while she was pleasant, had trouble serving the table. She lost our table's order and asked for our choices again. It was obvious she hadn't been trained to handle this kind of job. The wait staff failed to bring plates when appetizers were served. We had to continuously ask where our drink orders were. The restaurant was not busy till we left, with still a number of open tables. The manager did comp the food bill.
