We recently worked with Bruce to close on a friends home. Bruce was incredible. He answered every question the friends had all 4 months of the process. It was a VA loan. You always hear there are more boxes to check. Bruce made the process absolutely seamless and simple. He worked with real estate agents, title, and underwriters. He was 100 percent a team player. He also came to the closing to answer all the questions that come up about money and fees at closing. 100 percent recommend Bruce.
