I recently had Bruce Fate crunch some numbers on my house for a refi. I was able to consolidate some credit card debt and take $$ out to do a remodel project. He got me a better rate and kept me at the same payment. His process was smooth and seamless. I faxed/emailed all the paperwork he needed. Until closing, did I have to go to the title office.
