He is consistently educating me on a monthly basis with tips for current homeowners, to rate changes, the state of the current economy and what to and not to do, escrow, new programs that out there to not only help me, but my friends and family members. I recently had Bruce Fate crunch some numbers on my house for a refi. I was able to consolidate some credit card debt and take $$ out to do a remodel project. He got me a better rate and kept me at the same payment. His process was smooth and seamless. I faxed/emailed all the paperwork he needed. Until closing, did I have to go to the title office.
