The folks at Budget Waterproofing were fantastic! I called when my sump pump stopped working, and was run through a few troubleshooting questions to be sure that I needed a replacement. Once we determined that that was the best course of action, they were able to send someone out the same day. The serviceman (Robbie) arrived a little earlier than expected, was professional and efficient, and completed the replacement quickly. I would definitely call them again! <br />

The gentleman who came out for the estimate was very knowledgeable. He took a look around and came up with a plan. He didn't try to sell me on anything extra. After agreeing on the work that was going to be done, we set up a date. Crew arrived right when they said they would. The price was good, and they included the 10% off for Angie's members and another slight discount for my military service. The workers came on time and were very professional. They did leave one side of my tile floor damaged and without a clean cut, but the tile guy I used later was able to correct that pretty well. A few days after completion, the drain was tested by heavy rain.
